hellisonI went to pilates AND managed to do the full class, even if it was the easy version of all the exercises, But, I did it! The trickiest part was actually getting up off the floor again at the end ;p
Hurrah! I did EXERCISE! It was great ;)
And now, long hot bath. Tomorrow, pub!
