Today, I am feeling much more cheery! This was possibly helped by spending yesterday with a very good friend shopping and drinking tea and spending too much monies.
I now have a very nice new pair of black chelsea boots, 2 new handbags (both entirely necessary. Honest), a very pretty set of cup, plate and bowl as a christening pressie for Aoife and some nice Aromatherapy Assoc. bath/shower oils.

So it appears I can be a Stereotypical Girl after all, go me!

The weekend has also included a very nice bottle of cava, lots of lieing-in, more rewatching of Firefly (with added drooling) and plenty Doin' Nothin'. It has been great ;)

Today - horse then down home for Family Evening.

Handbags and shoes are always, per definition Necessary. Or so I tell Mr Kana.

"You bought *another* bag? You have dozens of bags!!"
"I don't have a baby blue one! Duh."

"What, more sneakers? There's like three pairs just lying around in the hall?!"
"Not any white ones! Duh."

Exactly! First bag I bought was brown, but then I bought black boots and you can't have a brown bag with black boots, so obviously I needed a new black bag too.

Simple really :)

It makes perfect sense to me!
