No, but there were... let's see...

All manner of flies - check.
Loathing to drink of the river (not turned into blood, but so low and stagnant as to be undrinkable) - check.
The land brought forth frogs - check, at least in our backyard.
The cattle given over to the pestilence - well, not quite, unless starving to death in drought counts.
