hellisonI lost 3lbs! Go me! Tho I did put 2 of those on the weekend before I started with lots of cider and stuff, but over all, its still a net loss of 1lb ;)
Its great to get a result early, gives me incentive to keep going. And put a bit more effort in... tho the horse is back next week so I'll be out and about more, so that should help too.
But, yay me!
