holidays!

Teh Zigs has gone off on her summer hols - turned out in a huge big field with a couple of other hossies to do nothing but eat for a couple of months. Which means I'm sort of on mine now too! I have EVENINGS again. I have WEEKENDS. I have FREE TIME!

So um. What do you do with it? Already I'm vaguely at a loss, I'm not used to being home before 9pm!

So, you Normal Folk, who do not spend 2-3 hrs every evening hanging round horses, what do you do with your evenings? If it ever stops raining long enough, gardening may happen. Reading, catching up on dvds... what else?

i try and catch up on the GIANT MEDIA BACKLOG (hi sga! i still love you!) fail to write fic (frets and frets about greatestfits challenge) and, er, surf the internet?

also, i laugh at the people who make other parts of my flist cry!

Last night, I watched the Incubator of my Future Niecephew burp, fart, discuss how to have sex when you're thin without rupturing your partner and tell me to STOP QUEENING. I find this an interesting way to pass an evening. Other times, I go to the shops, purchase dinnery things, come home, watch Great British Menu, cook, eat, attempt to pack Things into Boxes and tickle the fella. Also I clean clothes. Sometimes we go for a drive up the mountains. Other times we watch DVDs. Em. then bed at 11.
