Now that's not very nice of you now is it :) And it all depends on how you look at things isn't it? At first I thought the same thing, but then I realized it's the words that form the question. The number before it is just the number it has been given by the one who made the list. If you count the questions it is the 15'th question the number 42 is standing before.
