idle musing
Jun. 15th, 2004 02:25 pmIdle being the operative word workwise anyway ...
Tho its building up again so I may have to take drastic action, like maybe doing some.
Outside of work I am actually Keeping Busy, am doing quite well in the effort not to relapse into a total couch potato now I don't have to go see to the horse every night. I have been Gardening and Baby Sitting and Visiting and even occasionally Tidying. And Stuff
And then of course I come home to the sofa to watch Big Brother, but I reckon by 10 I've earned some sofa time :p Its actually turned out watchable this year - tho in a car crash kind of sense, they're all so awful its hard not to look - especially as the bedsit girls get more and more paranoid and cabin fever mounts.
I think this is the first one I've found myself wanting to see what happens next, so I guess in tv terms they've got something right.
Also am considering going to Witness or Oxygen or whatever its called this year (sort of Irish Glastonbury). I never did the whole festival thing when I was younger, so maybe its too late to start now...
On the other hand its a bank holiday weekend, I have monies and nothing else planned. I will check it out and see who's playing, and think about it.
And buy a tent...
