I keep thinking its Friday then remembering it's thursday and I have another day of tedium and procrastination ahead tomorrow, woe.
Everyone else is off out somewhere, which at least means I can probably get out of here by 4ish :p Tho am hoping to get out early tomorrow too, to make horse AND Pub, so maybe I will hang on and actually do something.
It seems unlikely however.

Heh and suddenly I am Amused by a story related by a co-worker about our normally rather vaguely insane boss.
A while back we got a new head of Admin guy who for reasons unknown shredded many files, including some important ones we still needed. He had trouble with the concept that we might need to check on stuff that was over 5 years old, or something.
This caused somewhat of a furore at the time with the Boss Lady requesting the coworker to give her a report on the destroyed files. Some months later she admitted that when she's having a particularly bad day, she'll dig out the report, phone the File Destroying Admin Guy and ask him to get her one of the files urgently. Apparently the resulting panic and grovelling this causes cheers her up no end :p
And suddenly I have a whole new liking for her ;)
