(no subject)

I had something specific to write, but work intervened and now I've come back to a nice empty Update Journal page with no idea of what I was going to say.

For those of you who worry about such things, my voice has all but completely returned, which is just as well, for tonight I am off to visit my friend Julie-Ann and there will be extensive gossiping along with tea and cakes. And possibly even toasted crumpets.

Oh yes. Brief note to self re. Scene mafia. NEVER sign up to a game that includes Mysteek and Jozline. Page after page of endless posting full of pointless hissy fits and tit for tat quotage, which has done nothing more than remind me why I stopped playing scene mafia in the first place.

Re the Picnic With Vashti mini-meet in July, would anyone fancy a pre-picnic trip on the London Eye?

I will most likely be arriving Stupidly Early on the sunday morning, so I was thinking of doing this when I got there and it'd probably be more fun to do it with company ;)
It's £12.50 a go, or £20 if you do the River Cruise thingy too, no idea if thats worth it or not tho.

I figure it's about time I did some actual Seeing of London, instead of just showing up, drinking for 2 days in Feltham and going home again ;p
