How are you all? I am tucked up in bed with fleecy pjs and extra blankies waiting for the house to warm up now that the nice Oil Man has been with the oil AND un-airlocked the boiler so I can has heat again. HEEAAAT. Mostly just waiting for bathroom to warm up enough so I can have a shower and get to work ...
Anyways, what have I been up to... went to Birmingham for Febmeet and it was GREAT! Loved Birmingham. SO much shopping! Didn't make it to the ragmarket alas, or the jewellery quarter for shiny things, will have to do that next time (def. will be a next time!) Did however make it to the Radley shop (a WHOLE shop...), lovely makeup in selfridges and Bravissimo out in Solihull and may have spent a LOT of monies. But then, that is what monies are for after all.
Febmeet itself was also much fun, tho as always didn't get to talking to some people as much as I had intended. Also missed pretty much all of saturday, but for once this was due to having fun exploring the city rather than dying of alcohol poisoning and feltham-hatred.
It was definitely a bit odd not having the likes of Dasquian and Malvino and others around, but otherwise it was a Damn Fine Weekend. May even get to posting pics someday.
Apart from that, life has mostly been busy at work and busy with horse in the evenings. Have quite a good routine sorted out there now, so is all less stressful. Having lessons is fun and am even getting some confidence with jumping, and with better weather, have been out for good long hacks again, which is always the best part.
What I haven't done, mostly, is post here or otherwise keep in touch with folks properly. Will improve on that, honest! I will! I need a daft meme or something ;p
