Ooh! Hot tub! Is canada full of them or something? My advice is to have champagne in the hot tub. Then you get pished Immediately. And if it's dark and there are no other houses nearby, you can watch the lights change colours and it is fun. There may be fireflies too. (although they may be trying to mate with the sparkly lights on the hot tub and may drown).
