Its later than you think

Phone shops confuse me with their endless choice and strange jargon, so I tend to panic, point at random and say 'I want that one'.

The one and only time I bought a mobile phone, I took uon's one in with me, showed the man behind the counter, and said "I want this one. But in a different colour so we can tell them apart". He said it was very unusual for someone to come in and know exactly what they wanted, but really it was because I'd already learnt how to use it and had no intention of spending time on learning how to use something different.
