Yes, we like it very much! I've been going for over an year now and I really enjoy it. I've found it's done wonders for my back (always had problems with lower back but very rarely now) and general flexibility and stuff. It's not too intensive but gives you that nice stretched and relaxed feeling, similar to yoga, if you've ever done that!
It can be quite hard work at times too, more than you'd think!
