Tent meet is mid july, as far as I know it's planned for weekend of 14th/15th, which would actually be perfect for visiting, since the 12th & 13th are public holidays anyway, you could even go watch the marches ;p
And I'd probably take the monday off anyway, for recovering/travelling back etc.
