It is.You will have to wait for the warm front to cross. You can track warm front progress by looking at the radar:

The rain = where the warm front is. As the front approaches it will snow, then sleet, then rain. Temps in front of the front are below freezing, behind it are up to 9C. Mad, eh? Temps in Dublin have risen to 1C from -2C and will continue to rise.

There is a risk of Rapid Cyclongenesis due to the presence of such steep temperature gradients, but this will result in high winds rather than snow etc so shouldn't impede driving tonight. However WEATHERNERD services are currently monitoring the potential for RACY to see how high winds will get.
