I planned to do one today, but work has been busy! Am enjoying it so far, and even managed to work up a sweat doing some of the cardio exercises yesterday (tho that probably just goes to show how unfit I am!). And it is WAY more fun than the exercise bike, which I get bored with after about 10 minutes.
I mostly got it for the balance stuff, since I have to do that anyway, and it's much more fun doing it this way than just standing on one leg randomly. Plus scores, so i can see if i'm getting better!
