Yeah, I bought them in a shop where they checked the fit properly and made me walk up and down in them for 15 mins to check them out.
Walking feels odd to start with, but lovely, like the ground is nice and soft. Standing still is harder work 'cause you're needing to adjust your balance a bit, but it's not painful. I find that my leg muscles and stomach muscles ache like I've been using them a lot more, but my lower back (after some initial ache) is feeling pretty good and my shoulders have never been less tense.
