um it's a ... thing. Records management system? Basically a huge big repository split into sections for various departments were you Put Things. but you can't delete things or have a section of your own for works in progress or whatever. The sections all have very vague identical headings so that technically they apply to everyone one but in fact apply to no-one's work properly so finding anything is going to be FUN TIME. Plus, it crashes almost weekly (which is why we still have local & shared networked drives). it'll be GREAT tho. Honest (some stuff, like the vast amount of admin and Directive the civil service produces, it is useful for. Other stuff, not so much ;p)
