woe no holiday :/
A couple of friends and I had planned on going on a weeks holiday somewhere sunny sometime round the end of jan. to beat the post xmas winter blues.
We even got as far as getting brochures and a couple of quotes and stuff.
But today it transpired that due to work stuff, the only week Lisa can go is the only week I CAN'T go, due to my brother getting married. So i talked to JA and she seems happy to drop the whole idea (I don't think Mr. JA was too happy about the whole holiday with the girls thing) and do something like have a spa day instead.
So no holiday and thus nothing to look forward to (which was the main point) and has increased the back to work misery by LOTS.
Have been pondering the fact that now I could maybe go back to sydney again this year instead tho. Or something.
Maybe I will go check that out...
