It is very similar to yoga, some of the exercises are the same and the whole breathing thing is similar. The main emphasis seems to be (so far) on toning muscles and strengthing the back and abdominal muscles.
I've been to... 4 classes so far, really enjoyed it, and its harder work than you'd imagine!
