Another productive saturday

Today I got my ticket to see Neil Gaiman, yay! The Nice Man in the shop said we could bring along a couple of our own things to get signed too. So of course now I have to decide what to bring. Good Omens certainly (alas that TP didn't make it this far, I could have had them both!), maybe a Sandman or two. Or Neverwhere... hmm.
Anyway, for the princely sum of £2.50 I get a reading and signing and MEETING

Apparently some of the other belfast nano-ing people are going too. I have been teh suck at it so far this year. Great first day and not much further since. Ah well, there's always next week!

Also, I have a new internet addiction, gopets. Cute lil cartoon kittys/puppies that you can dress up and play with, then they run off and meet other people's or their's come to visit you. I have spent a large part of today watching them romp around my desktop. They chat to each other in weird pictures, dance, chase balls and even play paper/scissor/stone with each other. It's all so addictively cute! They even have little pet blogs...

I didn't even have any... um... shells(?) to buy it stuff with.

And I couldn't pet/throw/spank it at all. :(

yeah they do that at first, they get a bit more adventurous after a while ;)

Ah, managed to find you. My pet is in need of some h0t pet loving, so I think she'd like to meet yours :P

Any idea how to improve cleanliness? This has to be the only cat that doesn't wash itself.

You can send your pet over to me to visit! I have a bathtub too they can wash in (tho some of them aren't so keen as others!)

If you check out the newbie section of the forums there are some handy tips on getting started and pet care etc, since the site itself tells you very litte!

Lana's over at mine again, with Dog and a couple of strangers. All sitting around doing not much of anything. I even bought flowers so they could play with the butterflies. :(
