Yes, more! For the first time in ages I actually remembered to bring the camera out while it was daylight, to get some pics to compare Fat Ziggy of a few months ago with the Fit Ziggy of today ;)

The difference is quite impressive I think!

but the sitting on top is hard work too! And she's so fit now that after about 45 mins or so, I'm knackered and she's just about warmed up and ready to go.

Hmm.. business opportunity, get some cunning inventor type to make a gee-gee warming up robot rider, he does the first 45 minutes then you can take over for the rest (and also market the adapted robotic rider to sex-fiends).
