A Handy Cooking Tip

When making a nice toasted sandwich for tea, do try to ensure that the lead for the radio is not *also* in the sandwich maker.

However if you really MUST add the piquant taste of burnt wire and rubber to your food, do ensure you know where the trip switch for your electricity is, and that you can find it in the dark.


Disaster? Moi? Surely not...

Well alas the torch was out in teh garage but CUNNINGLY I used teh mobile phone, which is really very bright ;p

note to self: do not rely on hellison in case of 'day after tomorrow' scenario. torch not handy, probably could not even locate towel if pressed. may attempt to cook insulated electrical wiring and pass it off as spaghetti.

Ah yes. Last blackout (new year's eve, incidentally) I used my mobile phone to find the torch on my keyring which i then used to find the big torch!
