Smoking clogs the arteries leading to um... gangrene.. or clots? (themse, help!) but if you smoke too much YOU LOSE YOUR LEGS. Somehow.

Smoking destroys your circulation which can cause problems in feet, and other parts. (men who smoke can have erectile issues :P)
