Oddly, I am sadly lacking in drunken phone calls from Wales. Why can this be I wonder?

Had lovely quiet weekend down at home, sorting through Stuff and clearing out the last few boxes of books and Treasures, in advance of the Big Clearout next weekend before the house goes on the market. Which will be very weird, even if it is All For The Best, and so on. Very weird indeed.

Still, in an ever changing world, it's nice to know you can always rely on the shinners to fuck things up for all of us yet again, while still blaming it all on everyone else.

Yes, sorry that was all a bit vague, Mum is moving, which is very sensible and right and all that, and is totally what she should do, and we've all been saying that for a while now.

i'm not suprised it seems weird - i mean, i know my folks will sell up and move when they retire, and even that freaks me out a bit - and we only moved to that house when i was doing my highers.

sorry. not trying to be freaky re: the pron (i've read SO MUCH though, i think some of it must have stuck *g*) - see my lj, where it is clear that i have done horrible, bad, no-good things to the brain of a long-time online friend from the asw forum i moderate! actually, i'll send you the link to his hysterical 'argh! i read your porn' post. if it's actually breaking your brain i will restrain myself (though it's far more fun to write than i ever imagined. it's kind of like having Ultimate Power over - mwahahah - leeetle puppets! only, the puppets talk in your head. seriously, i have posted non-porny fic - not very good, but still - at ds_flashfiction and i could HEAR them in my HEAD while i typed.)

There's a bunglow for sale up near karen's new house she likes the look of, in fact I think there are a couple up there. The house now is just stupidly big and far too costly to run really, not to mention the garden.
