I got home from work, feeling significantly less NICE than earlier, after work and rain and traffic and so on, and there, at the back door is a great big box from AMAZON!
HURRAH I think, PRESENTS! Presents from amazon! books, dvds, YAY!

I get it inside and open it to find 2 wrapped boxes, one for me, one for teh sister, sent from the brother in Canada. What can it be??

Not books.
Not dvds.
Not even cds. No.

A web cam.
He got us web cams. Now I can understand getting one for Karen, so the kids can wave at each other and Mum can be astounded by technology and we can see the new baby etc, but me? Does he want to see the cats? The mess? Who knows...

EDIT it has SOUND too! Had Web Cam Convo with teh forn family, which was fun, ollie danced and leo sang jingle bells for me, and I proved that the plant they gave me is still alive!

Tho, i hope we don't have to do this EVERY Night. I didn't see them that much when they lived here!
