Yes, but that's the kind of thing that would only happen to me!
I fell over so often as a child that I wasn't allowed a pair of trousers til I was 12. And then I got a lovely black velvet pair (this was the early 80's). I wore them for the very first time to Mass then, after much pleading, was allowed to go to my friend's house, just round the corner, in them. I got half way there and fell over, ripping the knees out of them ;p
