Sep. 15th, 2005 11:50 amMore happy news from the land of the leprechauns, dancing pixies and rioters.
The loyalist wimmen are now protesting outside they policing board about the evil of the police and how they handled the rioting. Maybe not enough of them got hurt or something...

Teh roadblocks are still going on and last night they managed another great coup for the Loyalist cause by braining a school girl when they stoned a bus stuck in the traffic
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/northern_ireland/4246348.stm , along with the usual petrol and blast bombs for the cops.
On the other side, just to be fair, the 'ra are after the McCartneys again, possibly hoping that in all the rioting they'd slip under the radar. They attacked friend of family and are now trying to intimidate him out of pressing charges and they've been picketing the home of Robert McCartney's partner to try and force her out again.

Oh and I found the link to the story abuot reports that say catholic areas are still getting less in the way of development, employement, educations and so on. Alas the formatting is so crappy pictures cover most of the text. http://dailyireland.televisual.co.uk/home.tvt?_scope=DailyIreland/Content/News&id=9894&opp=1
And it from a nationalist paper, so there may be some bias.
Remind me again why I live here?
