I reckon it'll be more fun if you watch the first one first, simply so you can get used to Cap'n Sparrow, and get used to the relationship between the 3 of 'em...
Even better, you could watch 1, then go straight to the flicks to watch 2 - double the Depp goodness!!

You could watch the 2nd one without having seen the first and still enjoy it I reckon, but parts of it would make much more sense if you'd see the first one.
Plus, as FC points out, double the hot depp goodness ;)
