Happy New Year!
Jan. 2nd, 2008 10:10 amOh dear. I did MEAN to go to work today. But still hadn't quite recovered from sitting up til 8.30am drinking new years eve/day (which was much fun). So planned to take morning off, catch up on some sleep, unload Much Stuff from the car then go to work at lunch time.
What actually happened - cats wake me up at HALF SEVEN whining. FOr an HOUR, until I give in and feed them. Then collapse on sofa like a zombie, before eventually summoning energy to get stuff from car. Decided about half 11 to go back to bed for an hour, then go to work.
Try waking up about 1, fail. Actually wake up at 3. Return to sofa. Ponder how to get Bags of Stuff (mostly clothes and books) upstairs, and where it's all going to go once it's up there.
Decided to do meme thing instead.
