Art or Horror?

There has been some debate about this of late. What consitutes Art? And if one person's 'art' is another person's personification of personal nightmares where does that leave us?

See, I'd always say that art is art no matter how uncomfortable it is to view.

However, I have now added a caveat to this belief 'except then Hoff/Shat is involved'.

Yes, I think it is both art and horror.
