Yesterday was quite a busy and productive day. Probably because I wasn't at work ;p

Insurance assessor man came and agreed that I do indeed have leaky pipes and damp patches and I can get a Man in to sort it.

Gardener George came to Do Stuff and now I have a lovely new drive way with crunchy crunchy flinty stones that go crunchy crunchy and sound like walking on the beach. Reports that I may have occasionally ran outside yesterday just to jump on them and giggle with glee are wildly exaggerated. Probably.

Horse pokerer came and poked the horse again and says she is doing much better and should be completely sound again in no time. We need to get the saddles checked tho, so went to see saddler and he's coming out tomorrow night to look at them.

Somewhere in the middle of all this the meter man came too, so no wildly overrated estimated bill for me this time, HAH.

Then ochthuitand Gweedo arrived to go see Tommy Emmanual (sp?) and we had chips then they went and I stopped being productive but watched tv and phoned people instead til it was time to pick them up and then we watched Black Books and got a bit stoned. Which was nice.

Today I am sleepy and have meetings. WOE.

it's hard for friends to tell you these things. so glad you finally know.

i am also sleepy, and have SO MUCH TO DO as the server has been being replaced since friday making working v. slow.

They're still poking at your server? That's taking quite a while!

not poking, REPLACING. old IT people: cast into the outer darkness. new (competent) IT people: bringing the shiny and fast, but it takes ages to get it all set up.
