Are we all having a good holiday? Lots of lying about and eating? I hope so!

Christmas was lovely, with family and food and presents and tiny children going into TOY OVERLOAD SHOCK and all that kind of thing. Also a horrible cold so much hot whiskey was taken. Lovely hot whiskeys.

However it is passing now, and as I have done much lazing, today I am being vaguely active and going to visit young thesme_01 for what will no doubt be a pleasant and civilized evening of conversation and debate and perhaps the odd small glass of sherry or two. Perhaps we may even contact a few of our dearest friends to share festive greetings and songs with them. Wouldn't that be nice?

Also, am still none the wiser as to who sent the Hoff Book. Very perplexing indeed. I may bring it with me so Themse can share in its delights...
