Just a bit broken. In the leg/ankle region.

So yes. Went for a weekend break in Italy and ended up with 2, resulting in 2 weeks in hospital, next 6 weeks in plaster, crutches for sometime after that and back to hospital in 3 months for another op. Go me!

I do have a bionic leg now tho :p

Recuperating with the Mother, probably for the next 2/3 weeks, til I can manage a bit better solo, so will be intarnetless for a while longer. Just ordered laptop and hopefully sorting out broadband tomorrow so I will be back...

Thanks to all who texted/phoned/sent stuff while I was stuck in hospital, it all helped me retain some sort of sanity.
And apologies to those i contacted while on the morphine drip, i wasn't entirely sure what I was saying. Or what was going on. Or where I was... At one point i was convinced i was in a hotel in france and couldn't understand why everyone spoke english with norn iron accents.
Great stuff, morphine ;p

Look do you have any idea how expensive and complex that whole hotel in France Mission Impossible scenario was? Cost Live Journal's budget for next millenium and even then you only gave us the receipe for banoffee pie - in French! Morphine would have been so cheaper.
