The novelty of working again hasn't quite worn off yet, tho excavation reports are So. Very. Dull to read through. Thankfully most of them are v. short monitoring 'found nothing' ones.
Working from home isnt' bad at all, i can sleep in and take breaks when I want, as long as I reach the daily target I've set myself. Of course keeping that up *next* week when I have visitors to have fun with instead could be trickier.
Also the weather is TAUNTING me by remaining bright and sunny now I can't really just hop out there and read all day. Am sorely tempted tho ;p

On a happy note, the Smells I orderd from BPAL have finally arrived. With no less than seven free testers too (which is I think over 20 dollars worth. Not a bad freebie!). Of course I immediately gave myself a headache by trying to sniff them all in one sitting ;p
Currently wearing the exotically named 'Auntie Caroline's Joy Mojo", which is just... YUMMY. I smell like a sweet shop ;)
Looking forward to trying out the rest of them in the coming days too, if they all smell as good as this one, I can see why people get so addicted!

OooOOoo - checked the weather and next Monday is supposed to be nice - which is good cos that's when we boat over to you!

It's not so much the working as the getting everything I need to work (laptop, box of file, self) out there and set up ;p Not worth the hassle, epecially since I'd probably just fall asleep!

May go sit out for a bit this evening tho ;)

I got brought some smellies from work for leaving along with other things - they are by ... molton brown I think which I think it meant to be good - however some of them were sooooo male smelling I gave em to Dan

Very disappointing - however the brought me a shedful of hotel chocolate chocolate so I shall forgive them while stuffing my face.

On the subject of work I am loving the not working at a hell hole anymore feeling and went to college today to do some work on PMC (precious metal clay for those not familiar with jewellery stuff) - it is soooooo coool - made 4 pieces today which was not bad in a 10-4 session - knackered though!

I've never tried any Molton Brown stuff... might not bother now ;p but hmm chocolate *drools*

The BPAL perfumes all seem v. yummy, tho (according to the forums) can smell v. different on than in the bottle, so have a fun few days of testing and self-sniffing ahead to work out which ones I like best!

Hurrah for escaping the hell hole! I have to save having an extended break from the office hasn't been bad at all - if nothing, starting to do stuff again has reminded me I do atually *like* what I'm doing, I think i'd just forgotten that in the general daily grind and crap atmosphere there'd been around the office for a while...
Mind you I'm still not exactly leaping around in desperation to get back in there!

But YAY for you! Getting out AND getting to do what you enjoy ;) Good luck with the jewellery making ;)

I know - I feel very lucky - got a load of graft to do now - but nearly set up my studio in the loft room which I have claimed as my own - much to dan's annoyance as it means he gets the little room as his ;)
