...the epic Quest for Physiotherapy continues. They still have no referral letter, clinic insist they sent the letter over last friday, but have - rather grudgingly - agreed to send it over again today.

In the meantime, I have decided to just Get On With Things. Went into the office yesterday - it seems four hours is about my limit before leg-ache takes over. Am planning to spend more time in my own house (and in the office. If I stay off t'internet I can get a fair bit done in 4 hours ;p), and thus have even ordered shopping (yay for tesco online) to make this more feasible

There is food too, honest ;p That's just the way the delivery guy left it...
Also practicing hobbling rather than hopping. Which is, oddly, slower. But, it's a start.
