SUCCESS!

I went to pilates AND managed to do the full class, even if it was the easy version of all the exercises, But, I did it! The trickiest part was actually getting up off the floor again at the end ;p

Hurrah! I did EXERCISE! It was great ;)

And now, long hot bath. Tomorrow, pub!

ps _unhurt_, word around hell st today was that it might be the Cloth Ear tomorrow, not the Duke, will let you know when it's all finalised!

i am impressed (not least because pilates sounds like TORTURE to me, even without LEG issues)!

ooh, yes, text me please! though i kind of wish it was the duke, actually! just for old times sake!

No, not at all! Most of it was done on the floor, not standing (pilates is similar to yoga, it's all about toning and strengthening muscles), so it was all good!

had lovely long hot bath with lavender oil before bed, was bliss!

Today I think, best to check with unhurt on that one ;) But there is talk of them coming to the pub for DH's leaving do tonight. Which will be an interesting introduction to Belfast Life ;p
