Helloo all you folk stuck at work! And of course the students who are no doubt revising hard for upcoming exams, and not watching cricket, or similar ;p

Having a lovely sunny lazy day, and even have managed to get washing done, tidy up a bit and knacker self with daily burst of wii fitting. Now, tescos for food and more washing powder, then some more quality lazying I think. Possibly out in the sun.

AND! Am going on holiday! With teh family and to standard spanish resort place, but still, holiday! To laze in sunshine with books by pool/beach and drink tasty spanish wines and probably not eat much spanish food ;p Hopefully this time will come home in one piece too.

How's the wii-fitting working out with your leg?

152 seconds on that bloody sit-on-the-board thing again! I still don't know what I'm doing wrong :(

Pretty good actually - some of the stand-on-one-leg things are obviously tricky (or practically impossible ;p), but I have seen definite improvement, just on the.. 10 days or so I've had it so far! So yay!

i've managed the full thing a couple of times - I find it helps to focus on anything BUT the candle, tho yeah, sometimes i'm sure I haven't shifted at all, but I get yelled at anyway

I have been productive and given next door kettles of water for tea for removals men, and gardening, and tidying, and I also now have sky plus!

the new neighbours appear to be numptys

got keys for new place, shut door on way out, locked key inside, paid locksmith 136 quid :p

They are not moving in till thurs tho, but they came and said hello which was cute!

Going ever so slightly mad!

My room gets very hot during the day as I have the afternoon sun shining straight in, so I open the windows when I get home from work to bring the temperature down. So far so good.

BUT then darkness sneaks up on me and all of a sudden the room is FULL of annoying little bugs zooming about inside the lampshade making a rather irritating noise. And the ceiling looks practically alive with them

Oh, and the buggers keep landing on me in an extremely ticklish manner as well :(

I wonder if I can make an impromptu flyswatter out of something handy in here?

This was with my eyes closed, steady breathing, and ignoring the irritating noises coming from the TV. I'll go sulk now...

No cricket, nor similar :/

Ooh that would be very annoying! can you get some sort of net/screen to hang across the window or something? Tho that would probably cut down on the nice fresh air getting in.

Nothing booked yet, so not sure when, but probably either mid june or mid july!
