Helloo all you folk stuck at work! And of course the students who are no doubt revising hard for upcoming exams, and not watching cricket, or similar ;p

Having a lovely sunny lazy day, and even have managed to get washing done, tidy up a bit and knacker self with daily burst of wii fitting. Now, tescos for food and more washing powder, then some more quality lazying I think. Possibly out in the sun.

AND! Am going on holiday! With teh family and to standard spanish resort place, but still, holiday! To laze in sunshine with books by pool/beach and drink tasty spanish wines and probably not eat much spanish food ;p Hopefully this time will come home in one piece too.

Going ever so slightly mad!

My room gets very hot during the day as I have the afternoon sun shining straight in, so I open the windows when I get home from work to bring the temperature down. So far so good.

BUT then darkness sneaks up on me and all of a sudden the room is FULL of annoying little bugs zooming about inside the lampshade making a rather irritating noise. And the ceiling looks practically alive with them

Oh, and the buggers keep landing on me in an extremely ticklish manner as well :(

I wonder if I can make an impromptu flyswatter out of something handy in here?

Ooh that would be very annoying! can you get some sort of net/screen to hang across the window or something? Tho that would probably cut down on the nice fresh air getting in.
