ION riding lesson last night was much fun, but also v. hard work. Am ridiculously unfit. Altho I still remember how to do pretty much everything, just am not quite physically up to doing it all yet. At least not for an hour ;p Not quite as stiff today as I was after the assessment lesson last week, so maybe that's a good sign. I hope...
