It seems a whole month of being at home (apart from a Dublin last friday) combined with people Taunting me with mulled cider is leading to boredom, and itchy feet. So instead of planning kitchen stuff, christmas shopping and all that, I am pondering a weekend away...

Whether this would be possible before Christmas with everything else on is uncertain; whether it's *sensible* is even less certain (actually, it's almost certainly not sensible), but it's definitely the most appealing thought I've had all day ;p

ION... very little. Got the train to work for the 2nd time this week, which is a bit of an achievement. Work is going smoothly, tho somewhat dull (is dullly a word? it looks like too many 'l's) and things are definitely brighter than they were last week. Which is probably why the urge to socialise more ;)

What about January? I always feel the need for *something* to look forward to in January, cos it's the most depressing month.

I've a weekend in a posh hotel in Sligo planned but I may have to cancel cos it's a bit too posh for my current financial state. So if you think of anywhere cheap and cheerful...

Yeah, January would probably be a lot more do-able ;) getting somewhere before christmas was mostly an idle thougth this morning when I was very bored and dreaming of getting away.
