Ho hum. Christmas Icon! Am not feeling full of the christmas spirit yet tho. Perhaps once I am full of the cider later at the xmas do I will...

Had planned to do last bits of shopping today but it is bloody awful weather out there. May make a run to the nearest shop of the rain stops. Need monies too, for the aforementioned cider.

Also turns out the place we are going for dinner has a new chef, so no repeat of the tasty vegetarian dinner I had last year, it's back to Something With Cheese on (WHY? WHY DO THEY COVER EVERYTHING IN CHEESE?).
They do nice chips tho ;p So that's ok!

Hmmm cider and chips. What else could you need? What are you lot up to this evening then?

(ps ANYONE who says ANYTHING along the lines of "oh lucky you, i have just sit at home in the dark in my own" will face WRATH. WRATH I tell ya.)

You don't eat meat ergo you need cheese. That is the thinking behind all vegetarian "options". This is why I stopped being vegitarian. Not because of cheese, heaven forbid, more the lack of choice.

I am going to finish making tomato and chilli jam and pickling red cabbage and possibly make christmas biscuits if I can be bothered to go and buy more sugar.

Then I am going to go to my dads and have OM NOM NOM GIANT STEAK (which admittedly doesnt have the same appeal to you, you can have a biscuit if you like though, and there will be chips)

Followed by the comedy dessert of Spotted Dick and Custard.
