hellisonAfter intense productivity at work over the last 3 days (c.2500 errors fixed in ONE map dataset thing. Go me!), I seem to have ground to a halt today. Partly because I am waiting for a Thing from someone else, and I have a feeling that as soon as I start Other Stuff the Thing will show up and I'll have to stop the Other Stuff to work on the Thing, so I'm mostly staring blankly into space and shuffling papers around. I did tidy my desk a bit.
Attempts at productivity are not being helped by head being full of that fuzzy feeling of Coming Down With Something. Woe is Me, etc.
My big excitement for today is possibly venturing out at lunchtime to buy socks. I never seem to have any socks these days. Obviously teh Eater of Socks has taken up residence in the secret bedroom, or behind the sofa, or something. But they are all GONE. So, New Socks. Aslo possibly knickers (the Eater of Socks seems to be diversifying).
The fun never ends round here!
In order to escape the January Blues, am pondering Escapes. Tho these seem so far to be filling every weekend in February. Hmm.
Should really book flights etc for Febmeet too, but finding it hard to get any enthusiasm for Going to Fucking Feltham Again. However i'm sure cider and Refined Company will dull the pain and hatred once we're there ;p
Beach Meet would be much nicer tho. I think we should all go to Malta. Who wants to go to Malta?
ETA out of idle curiousity I checked flights. There's a weekend in March which *may* also happen to be my birthday when a return Gatwick-Malta is currently £97. Which is probably less than it'll cost me to get to fucking feltham. Hmm.
ps on an entirely different note work email is gone v. weird and am now getting mails from yesterday afternoon. So today's maybe be even slower...

More variation in the boys because I know more boys (above is pretty much one girl). But really, I agree with _unhurt_. There's as much variation between the boys as there is between the boys & girls. It would probably make as much sense to split into "likes makey-up things and running around", "likes building and throwing things" and "is a baby".
