Febmeet / beachmeet

So, febmeet - looking at flights (finally ;p) - who's going? And what time are you likely to be there? I don't really fancy arriving and being stuck in feltham on my own for ... any length of time really. So possibly arriving late afternoonish.
Or if anyone *is* likely to be about early and free for doing somethign Not In Feltham, early flights are cheaper. Wandering aimlessly about london for a bit? Since there's no way I'll make it in on the saturday ;p


Secondly - beachmeet. Not restricted to mudders!
As much as Malta in March would have been an great Birthday Treat, it looks like most of the people I'd like to spend a birthday treat weekend in Malta with are either skint, or otherwise occupied. Which I may also be myself, depending on when the latest niecephew arrives. So, I shall put Malta on hold for a bit, til sept. or so maybe. But I still want to go *somewhere* before then.

On to Plan B - Cornwall!
Sometime a bit later in the year, may/june? easier to get to, and well stocked with beaches, rugged coast lines and the like. The added advantage of going later is that I will have time off work again, which will help ;)

Plan C. also occurred, what with Miv's pub being near the coast and I am SURE he would love to see us all...

I like both too! Tho we did have trouble finding accomodation round Miv's pub last time, but then it was August and we were looking v. last minute...

I've always wanted to go to to cornwall tho. Cliffs! BIG WAVES! Tintagel! etc.

Should be at Febmeet, assuming that I can drag adelpha away from WoW. (Yes, I know I'm not technically a Mudder, but I'm [almost] a Mudder-in-law...)

Cornwall in June would be nice - just before the start of the main holiday season. I know a nice little B&B in St Austell, run by a lovely mad couple. Hope it's still going.

June looks most likely, i think the direct flights from here dont' start til end of may anyway, and that's when my leave kicks in again, so seems to be ideal!

I will be at febmeet! Gweedo, Cocksuit and I will be in London until we decide to potter down on friday after some kind of refinedness the evening before.

Thinking cornwall in june probably, so it would be a warmer then ;) will look at it in more details after febmeet and start to PLAN.

and there is indeed a sad lack of Knights out there, tho I'd imagine getting them out of all that armour would have been tricky anyway!
