I suspect I know it - it may just be the scene where they've landed, and Wash says "I am a leaf on the wind..." and then the film gets interrupted by an impromptu rendition of "Mahna Manha". At least, that's what happens in my head every time I see it.

That is EXACTLY the moment. tho, I didn't hear the music because I was dancing round the kitchen with my fingers in my ears going LALALLALALALA at the time ;p
