In a stroke of Birthday Luck, the IT gods have smiled upon me and crashed the work network. So I stayed til lunchtime then buggered off, having filed just about everything I could find to file AND read the paper and done the crosswords :p

Even the IRA are doing their best to make me laugh today, with a statement saying they're NOT criminals, oh no! My favourite bit was this line...

Unfortunately, it would appear that no matter what we do it will never be enough for some.

I was going to do a Retrospective of the past year, but I can't be arsed :p There have been ups and downs, but more ups than in previous years, so overall, pretty good!

In other Good News, the lack of filling has not so far led to screaming agonies, it's a lovely day and I have all afternoon to take the brother's dog for a walk, and later I shall be getting drunk with some very good friends. Also, there are PRESENTS.
