hellisonmostly, I am still happy, but right now I want to go to the offices of Scottish Widows and blow them into TINY LITTLE PIECES
How incompetent can you BE? How can what should a relatively straight foward request to have an employee's pension payments be taken straight from her salary take SIX FUCKING MONTHS for you to sort out? And how often can you lose documents we've sent?
And now you have them all - and know where they are, why will it take til TOMORROW for you to find out if that is indeed everything, or if there is yet again some extra piece of paper that is vital to the success of the mission that you have totally forgotten you needed.
