Bits of the weekend

Lovely long sunny weekend days...

Lots of idling around at the stables instead of having to rush to get stuff done.
Gave the horse a bath and ended up even wetter than she did.
Went for a long slow amble in the sun to dry off together.
Had an impromptu picnic with my sister, BiL and baby after bumping into them in a garage buying junk food.
Found where I'd put The Time Traveller's Wife and finished it off in 2 sittings (would have done it one but had to go to the pub :p). Stunning book.
Had a fun and dancing in the pub despite Rhonda's wanker bf doing his best to ruin the night.
Dr Who made me cry; baby punks dancing to Britney made me laugh.

Dr Who also made me cry, which I think alarmed Segvee somewhat until I pointed out that amongs other things I also cried at the Lion King.

The Little Princess film got me badly once, and I can't even *start* watching lassie films ;p
