It's not looking good at all. From updated reports on bbc etc, at least one bus explosion seems confirmed and National Power saying they don't think it was power surges.
Looks like 'accidental' could be ruled out early.

(update) News just keeps getting worse. And worse. Consensus now seems to be bombs - demonstration of how easily the city can be crippled maybe? Tho from what little I've seen on tv there at least doesn't seem to be any of the mass panic that can make these things so much worse. Well done stiff upper lip there.
