So, tonight was my only entirely free evening between now and... next weekend. Except maybe sunday. So I had Plans. I was going to Do Things, including washing, shopping, going to bottle bank, general kitchen clearing/cleaning & calling down to UIM Alan's farewell drinks thing to get my remaining firefly dvds.

What actually happened?
Got home. Went up stairs to sort out washing. FELL ASLEEP. Woke up sometime after 9. Went down to pub to get dvds, which Alan has apparently lost, but he gave me his set instead, so that's something *mutters*.

Now having chinese and cider. Sleeping tonight is not looking promising...

please don't talk about the bottle bank. i have not done a proper (i.e. more than two carrier bags full) recycling since september it's getting hard to reach the back door... :(

I have an over flowing crate at the back door, a couple of carrier bags in the kitchen and the work tops are filling up again ;p
Bloody champagne/cava bottles take up so much ROOM as well.

Just have to save it for sunday I guess...

hurrah! it does make one squee, doesn't it? (and as i have mentioned before, dee is my favourite. when he's up on the roof suffering from Rejection/Confusion Woe i nurse dark fantasies that involve chucking ryo off the edge. but then, i do get invested in these things. because, i am a freak. it's my observation that there are special thermodynamic laws associated with these scenarios. not that due south has a lot of this kind of fic, except in the way that it does. what with the boys sledding off into the sunset together on an arctic adventure at the end of the last episode. and ray's canonical tendency to get hypothermic. slash waiting to happen, people!

(though to be fair: getting naked in a sleeping bag with a warm person has to help defrost ones bits?)

Yep, the very same, if the git hadn't STILL had half my firefly dvds (which was the only reason I met up with him LAST time) I wouldn't have bothered. As it was I drove down and mostly chatted to other people there I knew and legged it ;p
